About Us
  Our managing attorney Mr. Anthony Nwosu, is an active member of the State Bar of New York. Mr. Nwosu studied law in England and the United States, he currently holds a Masters degree in Tax Law from Golden Gate University, San Francisco.

Mr. Nwosu has actively been involved in the practice of immigration law for over 8 years. Before founding Us immigration attorney.com he worked with several immigration law firms in San Francisco, California. As a result, he has had the privilege to be a part of making the American dream come true for hundreds of immigrants, by assisting them in navigating through the rigorous immigration process and helping them become asylees, green card holders and citizens of the United States. Our firm prides itself on the fact that 70% of our business is from a referral.

Our firm’s philosophy is that when your immigration privileges are on the line you should:

Be able to speak to your attorney;
Hire an attorney who is ready to fight for you;
Hire an attorney who has successfully won several immigration cases;
Get an attorney who understands what the law says; and
Get a lawyer who understands immigration procedures.

Mr. Nwosu assures you that the lawyers at our firm will give you the best representation possible without charging an exorbitant legal fee. All the work at our firm is done by attorneys and not paralegals. We have assisted people from places like Mexico, Peru, Guatemala, El Salvador, Afghanistan, Jamaica, India, England, France, Brazil, Pakistan, Mongolia, Iran, Canada, Africa, China, Russia, Philippines and Indonesia in virtually all immigration issues.

Over the years our firm has personally appeared in hundreds of cases before the Department of justice, Department of Homeland Security, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, and various U.S. consulates around the world. Also we have on the behalf of various State Bar Associations appeared in over 400 immigration pro bono cases.
